is it build up to big epic story next summer in 2000AD for Judge Dredd? as what are Kazan planning??? control of Mega-City and Dredd fights back? and wonder with Guthie working outside Mega-City make me think of that....

I think its all part of a plan to give Dredd-world continuity some recurring villains.
Something GRennies been doing alot recently, and no bad thing in my book!

Although for me it's about now that we should be seeing more than just Kazan return. The female assasin from that Gibson drew perhaps?
