I used to like a savoury pattie in between two slices of bread but I've not had one since I moved down South. Squash it down with fork and add a bit of tomato ketchup.

That reminds me my brother used to make a mean pizza sandwich - you get one of those small cheese and tomato pizzas that you can buy in multipacks from the supermarket, mircowave it into submission and stick it between two slices of thick white bread, slathered in as much mayo as you can stomach.
