Red tape wrapped around the handles ... genius.

However, I can't help but notice we still have no entry from the new boy, MacNeil. You'd better have a note from your mother, MacNeil!

Cheers

Bah! Really don't think I'm gonna have time to enter this month, which I'm gutted about as Flinty is one of my faves. Some utterly superb entries so far fellas, keep 'em coming  ;)

We don't close for another two and a half weeks, MGB! Pay no attention anything that old meanie Bolt-01 says about deadlines ... there's always time for a bit of compo action.

Cheers!

loving the entries.... Jim, just 'wow' mate.

Thank feck for the deadline. In Greece at the moment so I'll be posting me entry very late. Got the idea lying on the sunbed with a beer or three but Uncle Fester has had first dibs on it, but never mind. I'm still going to crack on with it when I land back in Blighty next week.

Here's 'Judge Flint' my uncoloured entry done in Manga 3.0. I'll try to colour it but I'm having a bit of trouble loading it into Photoshop CS2 as it doesn't seem to even recognize the layers or files at all.

I'm having a bit of trouble loading it into Photoshop CS2 as it doesn't seem to even recognize the layers or files at all.

File>Export Image File (in pixels).
On the pop-up
Output Color Depth - adjust if you want more than a black/white greyscale file
Check whether you want layers marked as sketch (in layer properties)to be included (if not the layers will be blank in pshop). Select Photoshop as the file type, and use the Settings button just underneath to retain layers: "Keep Layer Structure For Output. Check Output Layer Set...  and the radio button Up to 5 Layers... That should do the trick, saving as a PSD file.

I'm using Manga Studio v4. your version may do things differently.

Thanks for the Flint inspired comments folks. I tried what you advised CraveNoir but I'm afraid it was no can do. I think there is an incompatibality issue between Manga3.0 EX and Vista.

I'll buy Manga 4.0 (the cheaper version) soon as the next pay cheque surrenders itself to my Lawgiver.  :)

Like mygrimmbrother , I'm getting squeezed with other deadlines this month, but will do my best to try and sneak an entry in if I can...but after Uuncle Fester's entry it almost seems like a waste of time! It's a beauty!  ;)

Well I got my crayons out uncle fester. Photoshop ones.
Bit large. It's a saved jpeg I then coloured in.
