I loved the way he slagged off the policeman until his hand went to his radio and then he started to get worried and then he said sorry ;D ;D

That was class credit to the man for not only keeping that up but clearly enjoying it so much too!

Great fun - really enjoyed it. A lot of creativity and effort went into that, and it was great that Rebellion and Termight Replicas helped out too - so well done all!

Loved how he kept it going - I'd have run out of things to say and do after a couple of minutes - and the little bit with the Policeman near the end was great.

Congrats,

M@

Just got back from taking photos. Great interaction with the people watching and a really nice guy.

Nicely done, Andy - and a pleasure to meet you both.

Cheers,

Steve

Argh! Fell asleep listening to BBC7 at midnight, woke up at 3.30am, went to bed and as a result overslept and missed Judge Plinthy on the Internet. Anticipating the picturs from boarders and Facebookers though! Glad it went well- a tip of the helmet to the man!

Hi all That was scary but cracking fun. Just wanted to leave a quick note before I head back up north just to say thanks to all of you for your support you made it a lot easier knowing you were watching. If you missed it you can click on the link under plinthers go to today's date and click on the time and it will play the full hour. I had great fun and it was a pleasure to defend comics primarily 2000AD to the masses ! Peace out

Andy Grannel was great. He held the crowd in the palm of his Kevlar glove. Really good delivery and a great advert for 2000A.D.

Good man Andy Grannel, surely a mention in the Nerve Centre and an award for that Greenbonce.

Those photos really captured the whole thing well. I love th e one where Judge Grannel looks like he's going to arrest one of the trafalgar square Lions! 8)

Cheers,

there aren't many good angles of the plinth, and the netting gets in the way a bit.

It would have been perfect if it had been the American Embassy in the background with the stars and stripes flag flying rather than Canada House :)

Well done to Andy for keeping it going for the whole hour.
