From my lack of experience with real children, I will give you advice based on what I have learned from playing
Sims TwoChange his cloths,
Change his nappy,
Give him some warm milk, and make sure it's that stuff makes him a child prodigy. Thats would be
Smart MIlkIt helps if you have the
Milk Centrifuge Machine (
On a Aspiration Reward) and all your moods have to be up to atleast yellow-white or you end making
Dumb MilkIt glows red.
By him a toy.
Read to him, talk to him, teach him to do this as well.
Make sure he has lots of educational toys.
Teach him to walk.
Potty Train him.
Make sure he gets enough sleep.
Let the wife take over every once and a while.
Hire a Nanny and Maid and a Gardener, Pest Control Person, and Bartender.
Order a Pizza and throw a party.
Invite your girlfrind over, but make sure your wife and baby are in the other room when you want to be alone with her.
You can tell I play this game too much.
