for an upcoming project, looking for some crit on the colouring. I've been trying out some new things and wondered how well they work. I'm pretty pleased with it myself. Any thoughts.

Danbell - Liking the colour job alot. Some very nice, subtle texturing going on there, very effective. I have a tendancy to fade my backgrounds into darkness too much, there's alot i can learn here!

Thought i'd put this up. A character for something that me and a mate might write one day...

I'm not sure I like the big bold texture over the sun - but the washed-out muted colours work really well on the ground and that.

Is the 'texture' in front of the sun actually a flock of birdpeople? I wondered, as there's a winged woman in the foreground...

Cheers! :) Yeah, trying to teach myself some variance when using MS - my theory: use biggest brush possible, work realllllly fast, thusly forcing myself to learn to weight the line...

Progress so far: BIG lines and ickle lines. :)
