Yeah and the best thing about the Blackhawk trade is it will include the Tornado stories I've never read as well. YAH!

The Cosh's list is a million, billion times worse than Samantha Slade and Armitage.

Probably not a popular choice, but I would really like to see the remaining Strontium Dogs stories (totalling approx 150 pages - so two or three more Meg floppies worth - if need be it could be bulked out with Tales from the Doghouse). According to Barney, there's:

Dead Man's Hand (2000AD Yearbook 1993)
Script: Garth Ennis, Artist: Simon Harrison

Angel Blood (2000AD Sci-Fi Special 1993)
Script: Igor Goldkind, Artist: Jon Beeston and Colin MacNeil

The Cage (Poster Prog Strontium Dogs 1) 6 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Nigel Dobbyn, Letters: Annie Parkhouse

Crossroads 3 episodes (Progs 897 to 899) 18 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Nigel Dobbyn, Letters: Annie Parkhouse

Alphabet Man 3 episodes (Progs 937 to 939) 18 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Nigel Dobbyn

High Moon 8 episodes (Progs 940 to 947) 48 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Mark Harrison
Featuring: The Gronk, Durham Red

The Mutant Sleeps Tonight 1 episode (Prog 957) 6 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Simon Harrison, Colour: Junior Tomlin, Letters: Annie Parkhouse

Hate & War 7 episodes (Progs 993 to 999) 43 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Trevor Hairsine

In addition, I'd also like the unreprinted Durham Red stories (again, around 150 pages of material) - I'm not sure what the current plans are for Island of the Damned, it was supposed to be collected in a trade at one point, then it vanished from the schedules, but it would fit neatly in a single Meg floppy...

Island of the Damned 12 episodes (Progs 762 to 773) 62 pages
Script: Alan Grant, Artist: Carlos Ezquerra

The Golden Mile (2000AD Yearbook 1993)
Script: Alan Grant, Artist: Carlos Ezquerra

Diners (2000AD Sci-Fi Special 1995)
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Paul Marshall, Colour: Dondie Cox

Ghosts (2000AD Winter Special 1994)
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Mark Harrison

Mirrors 3 episodes (Progs 901 to 903) 18 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Mark Harrison, Colour: Fully Painted
Strontium Dogs

Deals 4 episodes (Progs 960 to 963) 24 pages
Script: Peter Hogan, Artist: Mark Harrison

Night of the Hunters 6 episodes (Progs 1000 to 1005) 38 pages
Script: Peter Hogan as Alan Smithee, Artist: Mark Harrison, Letters: Annie Parkhouse

Epicedium 1 episode (Prog 1006) 6 pages
Script: Dan Abnett, Artist: Mark Harrison, Letters: Annie Parkhouse

It may well be, but these are simply stories I've never read and I'd like the chance to find out for myself as .

Also, Bonjo is miles better than either and the odd episodes of Return to Armageddon which I've seen look more interesting.

Chiaroscuro and the two Samantha Slades are the first of the Meg reprints that I've not even bothered to open as I know I don't like either story.
This fool got more comic books than a motherfucker!

Pan-Afrcian Judge stories? I never read the meg at the time, any good?
I will name him Tharg, and I will hug him and pet him and squeeze him.

Go Green for Danger! TRASH, The future's full of it.

Trash; a ten part thriller that ran from Prog 760-770?

And what about the latest generation of the Harlem Heroes?

I wouldn't mind seeing some of the better Hershey stories that were done in the Meg (or was there such a thing?!)

A Shaky Kane collection.  Soul Gun Warrior!? :D

The Best of Vector 13 - I'm sure they probably already have this one planned.

They weren't that bad. Some of the art was a bit rubbish but the stories were OK, other than the fact she ended up being shot at the end of almost every one. Don't know if it was supposed to show her vulnerability but it became as predictable as the dog wandering off at the end of an episode of the Littlest Hobo.

Both of those are generally regarded as two of the worst 2000ad series ever, so I'd be very surprised if either of them get reprinted.

I suppose HH had some nice Steve Dillon/Kev Walker art...

all those old Tharg the Mighty strips - the death of Alec Tench, Tharg typing a Dredd story in front a Wembley full of cheering Squaxx (after John 'Howard' Wagner gets writers block!), the thrill sucker-invasion that they used to explain the lack of progs during the printers strike and, more than any other, Tharg's Head Revisited which had the last Bolland Dredd and some insane Kev O' Neill stuff.

That's no problem, they've scraped the thrill-barrel a few times already!

True, but I feel they would draw the line at stuff like Trash.

Yeah, but they've not licked the bottom of the barrel yet. If Harlem Heroes ends up in the floppy, it's only a matter of time before we end up with the 'zarjaz' Wireheads (*blorch*) and 'epic' Dry Run (KILL ME NOW!)

I really don't mind too much when its one I am not particularly given to (hello Brit City Babes) as there is always something excellent along. Can't wait for the Gibson Dredd one.

There is PLENTY of really excellent reprint material not to have to focus on the dross - much better to talk about that here in the hope it gets picked up on....

HELLO 'SOONER OR LATER'
HELLO 100's of unreprinted Future Shocks
HELLO the unreprinted final Caballistics Inc.
If I'd known it was harmless I would have killed it myself.
