The Return of Prager
« on: 14 November, 2002, 04:45:36 AM »
What a brilliant thrill this has been, who would have thought Prager was still alive down there after all these years? Magnificent story and art.
Now Prager is set up as The Law in the Undercity, will he feature in Dredd/Aliens? or his own series in the meg?

Has anyone seen the excerpts from this book in the Daily Mail?(I dont read it btw,im a guardianista)
Supposedly he was assassinated by Mossad agents, because he was blackmailing the Israelis into helping him out of the mess his criminal empire was in.
He was also a Mossad agent himself for years, feeding the Israelis intelligence about Soviet states where he laundered his money.
Also, for conspiracy fans he was right in the middle of the PROMIS software fiasco of the 1980s.
Maybe there should be an extra episode of Thrill Power Overload about the fat, crooked bastard?

Although I like Prager as a supporting character, I don't think he's a strong enough character to get his own regular series. However, the occasional one-off story might be nice now and then.

I'd certainly like to see him return from time to time, lets's say once every couple of years. Just as long as we don't have to wait another 19 years for his next appearance!
