I don't know about dignity - that poodle haircut didn't do her any favours IMHO (sorry Carlos), and I quite liked the Abnett/Harrison one, cybergoth slapper or no.

If something deeper was done with her than on the original run, in the same way that McNulty became more than just the comedy drunk I wouldn't mind seeing her back preferably in a different outfit.

Given when it was set, I think that was part of the point.

I remember once wondering what mutation Red's follower Judas was supposed to have, since it was never remotely clear. Andy Diggle told me it was a third testicle. With the lack of any other explanation, I feel that deserves to be canon.
