I couldn't give-a-drokk but...

I'm sure they'll say it'll have 2 times the hair-removal power of the first with longer-life.

There's talk of old man Harrison making a return. After the success (?) of Cowboys and Aliens, that wouldn't surprise me...

how about just showing us the amazing things Roy's seen, you know C-Beams glittering etc etc.  Set it in the same universe but go galactic with it.  Show the replicants being used and abused, give us a reason to go for the replicants in the original.  Oh and make it more intresting than the original so i dont fall asleep 20 minutes in like I always do when ever i try to watch it.  It's one of those movies that i love the visual asthetics but find boring as shit.

After the embarrassment of Old Man Indy, I'm not sure I really want to see Old Man Deckard.

And I can't really see that there's anything to add to the original. At one time I'd be pretty excited by news like that, but the success rate of these things (re-boots, sequels, prequels) is generally very low.

Yeah! We wanna see attack ships on fire off the coast of Orion or whatever it was.

And yes, it's a well known cure for insomnia is Bladerunner. Always good though.
Yeah, I mean I’m often surprised by why people expect us to do something normal—they shouldn’t. There are lots of bands who are willing to do all kinds of normal things; people should not look to us to do that. - Buzz Osbourne (Melvins)

Nah, I think it would ruin things to show all that stuff. It would lessen the impact of Roy's speech at the end of the original, that he'd seen and done things that were incomprehensible to the human mind.

This sounds like a bad idea to me you only have to look at most re boots to feel uneasy about this.

Still with some new faces and the right sort of script I guess you could consider it time to re visit L.A 2019. I suspect unless Ridley Scott is heavily involved it will end up being an Inception/Matrix clone like Equalibrium. I thought R.S was doing Prometheus or some such flick? Something about Mecha v's Aliens allegedly .
