I'd better say something after humfing about that of postings/reviews eh?
Dredd: I know some are finding this a bit slow, but not me I'm old enough and ugly enough to enjoy it for what it is, the build up to a climax: wonderful! 'The pursuit you see and never the arrest' as Tom Waits would have it. Artwork very good with fine story telling too. As for that second Judge he's with em, not a jimp or bend cop but part of their org, which makes me think Senfield's lot maybe involved
3rillers: Just never really got this, it could have been done in a five pager, what was the twist/shock? did I miss something? the flat colour reminded me of the dark days of the Progs early 1990's colouring forays, not a good thing.
Savage: I'm enjoying this in a LOEG/Where's Wally sort of way, but sometimes wish it had more show and less tell
Sins&Dex: I have tried, but don't get this at all, never have. I've never found Gunsharks great heroes/anti-heroes, morally repugnant with an ability to reguv like something from Dante and a multiverse like something from DC comics it just turns me off, however I did like the puns early on in the first couple of series.
Zombo: The madness continues, wonderful out there stuff, zigzagging in ways that make it hard to guess what will come next ,this is classic stuff. Lets hope Mr E-Wing know when to kill the fatted calf and not milk it, flogg it and outwise bugger it up.
Overall this prog's a bit of a so-so sandwich, the filling of Sindex and Savage failing to tickle the old taste buds while the bread of Dredd and Zombo give us all the sustenance we need until Bobo arrives with next week's pic-a-nic basket
