Apart from John Higgins an Dredd writer Michael Carroll?

Yup, there's at least one panel about nothing but 2000Ad.

I should be able to go to this as I'm off that weekend, might even stay the Saturday night. It would be good to put a few more faces to your avatars.

Well, I've just booked a room for the Friday and Saturday nights, so I should be around all weekend. Is there a usual place where people meet up on the Friday night? Anyone got any idea what else to expect from this con?

Everyone tends to meet in the hotel's bar or lobby on the Friday. The gathering begins usually from around 3pm, but there's no fixed time - just turn up and look for people! :) Leonia and I will be there at some point in the afternoon - if we see you, we promise not to ignore you!

As for what to expect from the con... Look out for John Vaughan's Video Vault of Horror - always a highlight, plus the Golden Blaster Awards (short movie competition), and anything with me in it. ;)

Just giving this a bit of a bump.

The Dublin Comic & Toy Mart is also on this Saturday, so why not hit these two events in the same day.
