Probably got the samp premise as Paper Boy. You fuck up a street it comes back to haunt you the next day.
Game ends when irate citizens demand their council tax back for shitty streets.

I understand that this sort of thing can be big in Japan. A good few years ago, I remember reading about a tram network sim - you spent the game tryin to improve the timetable, reduce delays etc. The nights must have flown in!

It's obvious that this is a government sponsored game. With the failure of worldwide education they, wisely, foresee a shortage of street sweeper drivers and bin men. This game will help spark an interest in the youth of today for employment in the future.

I expect this will be followed up by Xtreme Cashier and Deep Frying Max.
