You could all meet up at Greggs wearing 2000AD T-shirts, after all it's only December!
I say that as a proud Northerner who only wears a coat at work if he's ill and that was twice, it's T-shirts all the time down here, even last year with the minus 15 fun we had. Good times!

Aye, sounds canny right enough - but I doubt I'll be able to justify the expense of a trip to Newcastle in December, sadly.

On another note, does anyone know if there is anywhere FREE to park near the con? I know a couple of local car parks but will cost me an arm and a leg if I'm there all day.
