I asked Ash whether the Ro-Jaws release would happen by the end of the year, and it looks like a no-no...

Ash:no ro jaws, makign sure his arms are swell, not rushing it, the rest is done though... kinda awesome I gotta say..

Hopefully he'll make an appearance early next year and be followed fairly quickly by Hammerstein...

February... Great stuff.  No idea of the size for Ro-Jaws yet, but he should definitely be smaller and cheaper than Mongrol.  12-14"?  $150?  Pure speculation on my part; any definite info will be posted here asap.

You're right. Ro-Jaws would give Ed-209 pause for thought.

It's almost time for the 2012 3AA (3A Associates) membership sale...

This gives access to exclusive figures (like Black Hole Mongrol), a guaranteed 24 hour ordering window for standard figures, plus a 15% discount on all Bambaland purchases, so might be of interest to people thinking about picking up a few figures in the coming year (I'm hoping that the 2000AD line will gain momentum this year, and with Ro-Jaws dropping sometime in February, it looks like a good start).

There's also some other free stuff that comes with 3AA membership this year - a messenger bag, baseball cap and a 1/6 Adventure Kartel figure (individual figures sell for $80-85 on Bambaland, so getting this included as the 'gift' figure this year is a pretty good deal).

January 13th, 09:00 Hong Kong time.  24 hour sale window, but be at Bambaland (http://www.bambalandstore.com) early is my advice (just in case)

All details here (including a screenshot of the order process):

There's also a countdown widget on the right of the blog home page (not visible on iPhones)

Any questions or anything I can help with, just say the word and I'll do what I can.

I have to see about getting a credit card again...  Although as I recall it, my last conversation with my bank's 'customer consultant' involved me promising not to do so for at least 5 4 more years.  But you know who'd be the first to say 'Knickers!' to that?
