Conan is up there in first place. Also love Highlander, Lost Boys, Aliens and I have a soft spot for the Bill and Ted soundtracks just for the great bands (Last Action Hero also falls into this category)

So many mentions of the Dollars Trilogy - yes.

Brilliant, epic.

The only reason I left it off my list is because I don't own it, and therefore don't listen to it while I write.

(also I should have listed Suspiria)

Try some of the lesser known Spag Westerns Ennio was involved with too Matt. He really experiments with sounds to orchestra.

Aye, it's a damn good 'un. Mind you, so's the original soundtracks from 'Sword of Vengeance' and 'Baby Cart At The River Styx' - the main 'Lone Wolf' theme is a classic.

The Hot Spot.  If you like blues it has John Lee Hooker and Miles Davies playing together, epic.
Film was poop (a Dennis Hopper film) but this is a fantastic album.

Also O Brother Where Art Thou and Into the Wild

Anyone know of any really creepy scores/soundtracks? I've exhausted mine...The Thing, The Beyond, The Blind Dead films, Bram Stoker's Dracula, stuff like that. Pretty much looking for something really dark.
