Anyone want to draw a cover featuring vampires versus vikings?

I'm putting together a pdf collection of Michael Crouch's Scream! homage BLACKFRIARS strip, but it requires an illustration for the cover. Doesn't need any logos or text - I'll take care of that.

Finished article will be available for free download from the Back From The Depths site.

I think I'll have a crack at this cover if nobody else has volunteered. I've not drawn vampires for decades, and never drawn vikings, so it will be a nice change of focus.

There isn't one really, but let's say the end of january.

Any artwork not used for the cover will still be included in the pdf. So, if anyone else fancies having a go, go ahead.

What are the cover dimensions and how much space is necessary to accommodate the main logo? Can the artwork bleed off the page?

Cover's dimensions are equivalent to A4 and the logo will take up roughly a fifth of the top of the page. Artwork bleeding off the page, (either figuratively or literally), shouldn't be a problem.

I doubt there'll be any print editions of this, unless Michael decides he's going to put one together.

Okay. I should be doing some work on the cover this weekend, to ultimately have it finished before Christmas.

Nearly finished the cover, so I'll e-mail it to MIK within 72 hours. The illustration looks like it might overlap the cover logo - it's hard to modify it without subtracting from its impact - but if necessary I can easily comp in the text graphics.
