Isn't Linda Carter supposedly doing a remake of Wonder Woman?

There's more…

Did you know that rock star wife Angela Bowie - also known as "Jipp Jones" - once auditioned for the lead role in Wonder Woman? Although her own reports claim that Lynda Carter got the role, timing and historical fact-checking show that Bowie actually auditioned for the first Wonder Woman telefilm, which starred Cathy Lee Crosby.

Anybody else remember the Daredevil from 1989?

(I tried watching a repeat recently and it hadn't aged well.  The pace was so slow I nearly chewed my own feet off before finally giving up.)

 Did you turn over for something with a quicker pace like "Last of the Summer Wine"? ;)

Judge Hulk

I used to like watching the Hulk. He was in "The Man From Atlantis" as well, around the same time as the Hulk.

I used to really like the Incredible Hulk - although it was basically 'The Littlest Hobo' with Lou Ferrigno replacing the dog.
The Spider-Man show was weird- I liked it as a kid but it never really looked right. They filmed it in Hollywood instead of New York so there were no skyscapers. No super villains either! I think it felt more like spidey than the weird '60's cartoon though which was all psychadelic backgrounds and darkness.

The Spidey cartoon series on t.v. in the 70's was good, but the film was really rubbish!

I remember enjoying the Hulk TV film where Thor turned up, although that version of Thor seemed dopier than the version in the comics.

I never saw the other films where he teamed up with other characters, at least not all the way through.

I did catch the ending, of Death of The Incredible Hulk mind you. Brave, but what a downer.

For some silly reason I had an idea he teamed up with Flash in one of those spin off films, although thinking about that now, Flash is from DC. I probably got the red outfits of Flash and Daredevil mixed up.

I have a vague memory of seeing a Spiderman film at the pictures in the late 70s or early 80s. I'm sure there was a sequence whrere he was in Hong Kong and some woman took his mask off so she could give him acupuncture(?) after he'd had a good stiff kicking.
This fool got more comic books than a motherfucker!

If you mean as the title character, that was Patrick Duffy.

For some silly reason I had an idea he teamed up with Flash in one of those spin off films, although thinking about that now, Flash is from DC. I probably got the red outfits of Flash and Daredevil mixed up.

Nah, the tv daredevil costume was a black bodysuit - looked nothing like the Flash costume.  I think you're maybe confusing the two because the Trial of the Incredible Hulk came out over here around the same time that the Flash tv series started up.

I liked Trial of the Incredible Hulk, and the Thor one, though the action scenes were chopped to bits for tv as Hulk wasn't "heroic fantasy" but a Fugitive-y thing and they were worried about the different tones confusing the kind of people that would tune into a tv show about a green bodybuilder jumping through paper walls in slow motion.  Rubbish, of course, but harmless campy fun nonetheless.

Dunno about that 1970s Daredevil thing - looks like a gay pride march where some tranny has come in a half-hearted Statue of Liberty outfit or something.  I am vaguely intrigued by how it would have played out in tv form, all the same.
