am i in the right place, can i get upgraded, i am still new after a a number of years an i would like to get notifacations in my email about other topics other then general topics, but i cant because, i am still "New Arrival - Sub Basement Sewer Unit" to the boards, can you help? Am not to sure how it works and dont know what i need to to do to get bumped up in the boards.
