Instead of starting a new thread I thought I would open old wounds.

I had a weird dream the other night. Can't remember most of it but I was rucking with a non descript bloke and wrestled him down, he was trying his damnest to better me. I had him pinned down both hands on his chest. The more he struggled the more pressure I applied. Then crack his chest collapsed. He was then writhing in agony. I got up looked around and everyone was just walking by paying no interest so I just skulked off leaving him to his fate.

How's your own heart and lungs, Vzz? Maybe you're trying to tell yourself something?

Or maybe you're just as bonkers as the rest of us!

Wanted to post it on the Mental thread but (to my knowledge) dont suffer from any disorder so would feel hypocrytical.

I dreamt last night that I was the only person sitting in the cinema. As the film started I realised I didn't have my seat ticket and started to worry that someone would think I'd got in without paying. I got up to go and explain this at the box office, but couldn't get through the door because it had shrunk; like Alice in Wonderland. So I climbed out of a window and all of a sudden I was in a wood and a man, a stranger, wanted to give me his dog in return for leading me in the right direction down a tarmac path back into the town centre.

The overall mood of the dream was one of being castaway or marooned, but without athe beautiful desert island and the equally beautiful girl friday. I blame dreaming like this on a film I watched yesternight. (see film thread)

Did you have to keep telling yourself to shut up and watch the movie?

I had a dream last night which I didn't like very much. I dreamt I was in a very busy hairdresser's waiting for a haircut. There were even three rows of wooden chairs one behind the other for customers who were waiting and there were possibly ten barber's chairs. It wasn't the hairdresser's I usually go to, but that didn't occur to me in the dream. In the dream this was the place I went to every time, and I always got my hair cut by the same hairdresser. However, in this dream the place was busier than usual and my usual hairdresser wasn't available.

There is a lot more but it stays this level of boring throughout. The short version is my hair was a lot longer and thicker in the dream than it is in real life and none of the hairdressers in the salon really knew what they were doing with it.

I have a lot of catching up to do. I hated that dream, though.

Frequently I find that I am able to realize that I am in a dream and to wake myself up, even when said dreams are verisimilitudinal, so if any of you need me to do Inceptioning, drop me a PM.

I dreamt last night that I had long hair. This was a sudden development. Then I styled it to look like a girl and I became skinny.

I don't remember my dreams all that often, and when I do they seem to be quite vague. I have noticed that if I sleep in late or snooze/doze during the day, I'll sometimes get quite vivid images though.

On the bus to work a couple of days back I think I must have dozed off as a) the journey seemed quicker than normal despite the fact I was actually late and b) images popping into my head. It's weird as it's not like proper dreaming as I'm aware of the fact I'm sitting on the bus with my head against the window/window frame* losing my body heat through the window, then BAM an unrelated image pops into my head.

Last Thursday I was simultaneously sitting on a bus and visiting an internet site where a lady's perfectly peachy round bottom popped up on the screen. The latter happened completely in my head, I wasn't actually surfing the net using a mobile device or anything like that. I suddenly woke up think "'Ello, where'd that come from?"

It was actually a surprise too, which isn't usually the case with dreams. Oh, and I rarely visit such sites. Honest. I did follow a link from this very forum a couple of days earlier though, which turned out to be extremely saucy (in that case it was art not photographs, and the young lady's derriere in my dream was very photogenic in both pre and post production sense. The thread in question was actually this one).  I think that must have popped up out of my subconscious.

Dirty boys, you're corrupting me.

*Occasionally bouncing off the window frame if the road is a bit dodgy, which it is on the road running into Eltham High Street. I've learnt to accommodate for that though.
