Happy to help spread a smile or two.

My favourite part was...

"The nomadic lawless gangs committing acts of aggression against the well-intentioned decent survivors of the collapse know they are acting in a criminal manner, don't care, and rationalize their psychotic disregard for moral standards because there is no institutional authority to stop them from raping, pillaging and murdering. I liken this segment to the criminal sociopathic Wall Street bankers"

...which I thought was a tad unfair on the cannibal rapists
Hmm, just pretend I wrote something witty eh?

That entire blog is in equal parts hilarious and terrifying. With very little find:replace work you could turn the whole thing into a Bring Back Firefly site and no-one would notice.

The Legendary Shark

In all honesty, though, Firefly should be brought back.

COMMANDO FORCES

Another enjoyable episode which has probably the hardest type of kill you could do. The scenes that showed these kills were excellently played out and I doff my hat to the team behind the series but especially the actors who were involved in those difficult scenes.

Satanist

So as we race towards the end who would you bet on being horribly murdered?

I've read the comics but for the TV series my money is on
Carol as they have just showed her a glimmer of happiness
Looking forward to the appearance of Negan but wonder how they will get round his repeated use of my second favourite swear word.

I admit getting quite giddy when
Glen paused to look at the pictures - my thought was "That's you that is!!" Great bit of foreshadowing for those who have read the comic. Would they do him in though? Not sure.....when he was temporarily killed off earlier in the season, I thought "They're testing the waters here to see what the reaction would be to him being killed off by Negan" My money is now on Heath meeting Lucille - although, the conversation that Tara had with Aaron about Eric did make me wonder if they might do Aaron in. And then the conversation Tara had with the priest made me think that she might get it. Or maybe even Carol?

From what I understand, Negan doesn't appear until the last episode so we've got 3 more episodes before that one to try to suss it out.
Cracking episode this week, anyway.
Peas sell. But who's Brian?

Tiplodocus

Wowee! That episode 9 where they take back Alexandria was all kinds of awesome. Fantastic opening with the Negan biker gang then all sorts of elements lifted from the comic and even has a shot that is a direct homage to the Seven Samurai. Fantastic!
Be excellent to each other. And party on!

Frankly, if they do mirror _that_ scene from the comic, I'm done with this show. Although I'm still watching it, I'm finding it's getting to that needless level of shoving people through the grinder time and time again rather than figuring out more imaginative ways to build the world; there's also more than a whiff of chess about it right now, manoeuvring pieces, and having people do really dumb things to get everyone into position. It was probably always so, but when you see people succumb to the same things time and time again... Regardless, I have literally zero desire to see
someone bludgeoned to death by a psychopath with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. That's basically gore porn at that point, not drama
.

Grugz

I'm personally thinking it may be
Maggie and the unborn
don't get into an argument with an idiot,he'll drag you down to his level then win with experience!

Ghastly McNasty

It could be any of them, as the several different suggestions offered up here proves. And I agree with you all! In that last episode the writers have dropped clues to who is gonna get it for 6-7 of the 2nd tier main characters. Clever stuff. Like a whodunnit but a whogonnagetit.

IndigoPrime

I dunno. Half the time these days, it feels like those cheesy war movies where a soldier pulls out a photo of 'his gal' and then gets shot to pieces in the very next scene. Oh, someone's a bit happy now? Can't have that. Writer! Have them eaten by zombies or killed by a psycho immediately!

Tiplodocus

Xander Berkeley is excellent as Gregory. Introduction of Jesus as a fun caper in previous episode was also good. Lighter touch is appreciated after the relentless previous episode.

And I loved Rick's 'What?" moment after the knife based shenanigans.
Be excellent to each other. And party on!
