I'm mildly curious about Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. The trailer is totally underwhelming, and I wouldn't be interested were it not for the fact that this is a belated follow up from the people behind Hot Rod, which is to me one of the very best Hollywood comedies of the last decade.

Got to say, 2016's lineup of blockbusters is looking a bit thin for me.

In all honesty I think the only one I'm really eager to see is Spielberg's The BFG (I have hugely fond memories of both the book and the 80s animated version). IIRC recent Oscar-winner Mark Rylance is playing the BFG himself...

I was skeptical about The Jungle Book, but the trailer won me over, and, despite the negative stink around it, I'd be very surprised if X-Men Apocalypse is anything other than decent. I also think there's a fair chance that Star Trek Beyond will surprise everyone and be a solid, enjoyable movie (and, just maybe, turn out to be the sequel the generally well-liked 2009 film deserved).

QuoteReally need to watch some Key & Peele stuff, but don't even know where to begin.

I've only seen isolated clips from their sketch show, but some of them are among the best sketches I've seen in a long time.

Most intrigued by this. I loved Nicolas Winding Refn's last film Only God Forgives, but that film has as many haters as lovers. I'm wondering whether this will have the same effect.

Looks interesting. I found Only God Forgives pretty disappointing after a similarly stylish trailer but Refn is distinctive enough that I'll give this a look.
We never really die.

Just looked into it and Ed Brubaker has written the script!

This could be bloody brilliant.
