Hi guys. Well it has been long drawn out but finally the Resident Evil film series is finally coming to a close.

It might not be the best film franchise by a long shot, and it is an embarrassment to its source material. But for a blokes night out to the cinema this should work a treat. I have been a fan since the first one back when I was....15 (bloody hell I didn't know it was that long ago) Of course it was probably helped by me having a thing for Milla Jovovich ever since seeing the Fifth Element.

It's still a few months away but the trailer looks promising (for what it is). It can't be any worse than the third film anyway.

Eh? Extinction is the only one of the whole series which comes close to being a watchable film in its own right.

Cant see the trailer in work but will probably hate it and then drunkenly watch the entire film in about a year and quite enjoy it. Just like every other one of these turds

Q. How do you make one of cinema's crappiest franchises even worse?

Will probably still see it as at least they've reused the laser grid thing from 2.

What an interminably awful series of movies and to think we're having to beg for a Dredd sequel!

It's not a good sign when you can interchange scenes from one film in a series with another in the series and not notice.  There's an editor out there who could splice together a great RE movie.

I'll watch it. Enjoy it. Then forget it.
