Idk if it's me, but does Carroll's Dredd stories often leading up to some sort of coup d'état?

That said. Quite okay Dredd I suppose. Slaine is really beautiful to look at, but the story lacks the movement and wild stuff (trolls taking a piss and mermaids) from the first part for me.

I'm saving up on the other stories. For them to finish up before I read them.
