Having raved about Prog 1263 - "Best ever artists", "We've never had it so good", blah blah - the last couple of weeks have been a bit of a disappointment. JD is still cool but everything else rather uninspiring, especially 'Killer'.

Will it be like this until Xmas, prog 2002?

Mole,

This ain't the golden age.

When will you lot realise it.

I still think Andy Diggle has no idea what makes a good 2000Ad story.

To everybody, read 2000Ad from 1981 to 1990!

There were some truly classic storys then.
Particularly from 1982 to 1988/89.

Oh well...

The line-up from now till Christmas is pretty stable - both Killer and Anderson will run up to that point, and the rest of the stories will be Sinister Dexter one shots, Future Shocks and shorter Dredd stories (after CJS finishes).

If you're not enjoying the current content, hopefully Prog 2002 will be more to your taste - Wagner/Staples Dredd story, Morrison/Flint's monstrous Shakara, Rennie/Irving's trip-tastic Storming Heaven and brand new Bad Company and Dante stories.

More info will be appearing in the news section in the next day or so.

There's a Tardis outside for a Mr Scojo, going to 1982, with the compliments of the green guy...

Matt

...wot, the jolly green giant?

I'll hang in there, I mean I'm not suicidal it really was going spiffingly in first half of year. Dante, Bad Co, more Flint & Irving enough to wait for.
