Yeah, I'm going to set-up an account with photobucket tonight. Hopefully, I'll be able to post some new pics then...

Dandontdare

photobucket is becoming increasingly annoying - there are so many video-ads and whizzy graphics etc that it takes each page an age to load.

SIP

Photobucket is horrible nowadays (on my mobile at least). It used to be a lot quicker.

hippynumber1

Wow, it's painfully slow, isn't it? At least it works though.

Quad guns

Quad guns primed

Quad guns painted

Quite pleased with the colour-match on these

Quad guns weathered

Quad guns fitted

First colour elements added to upper-hull; it's got red on it...

Wow lookin' so close to done. This is getting very exciting!

I'm looking forward to both the original Falcon getting completed, and the other Falcons continuing the thread!

When he finishes the Falcon we get to watch him build his x-wing.
Or he has a cup of tea and a bloody good rest.

And R2-D2 is waiting in the wings. I have the first eight issues ready to go...

The R2-D2 is, so far, a much easier build.
And I can assure you there are other 'Falcons'. Either that or the thing taking up my dining room table is something completely different, yet looking the same.

Is yours a 'clean' version, or are you weathering it too?

I'm going for the clean version initially. I may well weather once it's complete.

Grey panels now painted. When he second coat has dried, these need to be 'distressed' and weathered.
