Im sure someone mentioned 12, personally Id like 15 for a proper epic (as the chances of getting 25 are very slim).

Still this wetted my appetite and will certainly give us all something to talk about at Dreddcon, at the bar....

12 is hardly epic.

I know it's a slightly unfair comparrison (due to the difference in pacing) but convert 12 issues @ 6 pages an issue, and you're only looking at a 3 issue miniseries in US comic terms.

At least 24 issues would be a 6 issue "miniseries". Slightly more "epic"!

Still I'm sure it'll still be a class story, leaving us wanting more each week, for 12 weeks.

heh, the never go back rule is generally very wise in relationshippy situations.

But Mega-Epics is a whole different game. Look at it this way: the reason we haven't had any story longer than 12ish episodes in recent years is bacause of the quarterly restarts. And they're on the way out. So I'd keep my eyes peeled if I were you ;)
