IAMTHESYSTEM

I saw OMD on some MTV classic channel singing Enola Gay. I never liked them much back in the eighties but that song certainly struck a cord with me.

It's all right, that's in every contract.
That's what they call a sanity clause.
You can't fool me, there ain't no sanity clause.

Probably still the Joke's best album.

ASAP - Silver and Gold from 1990. Iron Maiden guitarist Adrian Smith goes MOR/AOR with surprisingly convincing results(!)

Used to have this on cassette and it still sounds good today: World destruction by Time Zone (1984) (which is Afrika Bambaataa & John Lydon). PLAY LOUD!

Don't know enough about Bambaata's back catalogue, but it's certainly one of the finest things Lydon's ever recorded. There's a 12" dance remix in the related links which I hadn't heard before.

I've just re-discovered Melissa Auf Der Maur's 2004 albumn 'Auf Der Maur' and I'm stunned that I'd forgotten it (albeit temporarily)

ASAP. What a pile of shit that was. I wasted good money buying that Vinyl when I should have been spending my sponds on Cannibal Corpse.

The Justice department has a good re-education programme-it's called five to ten in the cubes.

SuperSurfer

Manic Pop Thrill by That Petrol Emotion.

Takes me back to student days and seeing them in Bristol at the Bierkeller, just at the right point when I was really into that album.
