I stand corrected - must not have sold well though, otherwise I'm sure that more people would have been aware of it.

There was a fair bit of Alien merch released with the original movie- no, I don't have any of it, but I do have a copy 'Space Adventure Collectibles' (http://www.amazon.com/Space-Adventure-Collectibles-T-Tumbusch/dp/0870695657) knocking about somewhere- which is worth tracking down. A board game too, if I remember rightly.

Both far bigger IP's than Dredd. The figures for both properties were released long after they had become popular franchises.

This would say otherwise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKSv85mJEmY   ;)

Think that's the head-cover next to its feet.

I'm no big collector of figures, but I want one of these!

Steve Green

Yeah, someone I knew had one - or it might have been a re-issue, the skull casing was a translucent plastic bit that could come off, then Cameron ditched that part of the design for Aliens.

I remember getting the comics adaptation from my parents, because I was too young to see it at the pics - remember it being pretty good.

If we do get a decent range I may have to stop my Starwars collection. Today I purchased 2 more figures. It is an obsession that won't go away.

I feel no shame in continuing to buy figures as an adult. I never stopped buying comics, so why should I stop buying figures?
