How can I upload a profile pic? Is it only possible through a computer, I have an iPhone but can't find any options to upload. Any help would be much appreciated.

best way is via the computer.

You won't be able to change your profile at the moment because you're still a New Arrival.  (It's an anti-spam thing.)  If you hang around and make a few more posts the mods will upgrade you to a full Member and then you should be able to add a profile picture.
