You are spot on, its by Ortiz and more incredible art.
I have two Comic Archive in the works at the moment and that is eating my time, plus some other hush work so no immediate plans for the Fifth Horseman, but it is on the wish list. There will be  a reissue of the Tower King in the same format as HOD in the next few weeks.

Y'know, I might double-dip if the new edition has a square spine…

I ordered HOD yesterday; the news that Tower King will get a re-issue is the cherry on the icing on the cake.  :D

House of Daemon, limited numbers back in stock! Get 'em quick!
http://www.comicsy.co.uk/hibernia/

If you missed out on this last time, buy it now. Seriously -- it's great. Fantastic job on the production side for a quality presentation, exactly the sort of fast-paced inventive stuff you'd expect from a Wagner/Grant script of this vintage, and phenomenal art from Ortiz… possibly my favourite of his work that I'm familiar with.

Couldn't agree more.
The quality of the reproduction is simply stunning, as is always the case with Hibernia releases.

Just to add my agreement with all of this. If you don't own it buy it. Its really that simple!

Aye,  I second, third, fourth and fifth that!

Thanks lads, Amstor is to thanks for the artwork looking so well, he spent a lot of time matching it to the original.

And a damn good job he's done also.
If I'd been told these were all-new scans of the originals, I'd believe it.*

*To be fair, that goes for any of the Hibernia releases. Bravo Amstor, bravo

...making my occasional visit to the board to say: it does indeed :)

David wanted to take the opportunity to put out a second edition that matched the other recent Hibernia reprints, so I've taken the files for the original reprint and tweaked everything for a reprint in the same format/size as House of Daemon. The time wasn't there for a complete re-scan and fresh clean-up, but I think the original edition holds up in that regard and I hope it will sit comfortably alongside HoD.

Cheers :) David puts a lot of time into organising every Hibernia release - reprint or Comic Archive - and I try to match it with what I can do on the reprint/design front. Glad they go down well!

Go the whole hog and do a Survival book too? We need all the Ortiz we can get in life. Especially as the wait for an English language copy of Hombre seems to be taking forever to appear.  I want that book so badly!
