I did base most of the info from this sites' data, so it's probable that mistakes would be duplicated onto this.
But those of you who remember my countless ammendments in the "Armitage Credit error" thread will now appreciate that I did do a lot of grunt-work for myself too...

Thanks for those. If you have any more corrections you'd like to tell me, please email me (or add them to the Armitage Credit Error thread).

I was just checking through this almighty guide and wondered what all the colours stood for, if anything. Any ideas, please?

Oddboy

Mainly I put colours in to make it easier to look at, it'd make your eyes go funny if it was all in black&white.

But there is a code, of sorts...

Purple = Judge Dredd & other Dreddworld stories
Green = Tharg the Mighty stories
Pale green = one offs / Future Shocks etc - inc. series that started off as one offs (DR & Quinch, Rose O'Rion etc)
Flesh colour = Pat Mills' world, except for
Orange = Sl?ine
Deep blue = Dan Dare
Turquisey blue = Robo Hunter
Pink = Strontium Dog / Dogs / Durham Red / McNulty
Indigo = The VCs
Dark orange = Ace Trucking Co
Light blue = Rogue Trooper / Fr1day / Mercy Heights / Tor Cyan
Dark green = Tyranny Rex / Indigo Prime
Lime green = Sinister Dexter
Red = Nikolai Dante

Gold = Sories with more then 3 series, but not lots of series
Very dark blue = reprints from elsewhere
(Red text = reprints from 2K or elsewhere)
Grey = Trilogies
Pale yellow = single series / double series

Devons Daddy

so how did you fair in the GEEK test then oddboy?

but i must say 11% of me thinks this is great. the other 89% is impressed but wonders why you did not ask for a tv on your wedding gift list
I AM VERY BUSY!
PJ Maybe and I use the same dictionary, live with it.

NO 2000ad no life!

Oddboy

Heh... we've got a telly - how else would we watch all the Buffy & Angel boxsets? (yes we have ALL of them (New Buffy series boxset out 14th July, IIRC))
I got a 24% in the geektest, saved from being more 'geeky' by my dislike of Star Trek & my non-interest in roleplay games.
