how about a judge called dixon ( like dixon of dock green ) in brit cit... going around with a daystick saying 'evening all' and being nice then in the final panels giving a summary execution to some drug dealer trying to sell stuff to kids... ya know.. bullet in the head.. final bit shock type thing.. ???
