my younger brother used to get one with a strip in called 'Faceache'..I seem to remember the art being superior to the rest of the comic..as for the boy himself he was a hideous scruff haired pot bellied proto-chav..but could he pull some fizzogs

I've got my copy in front of me: it's basically an excuse to print loads of sci-fi book covers from the '70's with text rambling across various future scenarios and descriptions from the novels. Most of them as I remember were from Panther paperbacks and the art was by such then luminaries as Chris Foss, Peter Elson, Boris Vallejo, Angus Mackie and many others.
As I remember there was a bit of a craze for reprinting these covers in these collections, with my favourite being a book called "A tour round the Universe". Really, for sci-fi book cover completists only. If you've got the Lensman books and the Foundation books then you've got about half the collection already.
