On Palmers Green, my first ever job was in Palmers Green, just off the triangle a little ways south of where Woolworths used to be. Small Pakistani owned shop that used to sell...well, pretty much everything from Queen Anne Silver, to mops, brooms and cleaning detergent. 1985 this was.

Ha!  Very probably.  Thrill power got me through a lot of delays at that station, or trying to squeeze onto the overcrowded 08.07.   The newsagent opposite Broomfield Park was my original Thrill Power Merchant where I bought prog 1!

thanks for the tip, I was able to get a copy from Gosh on Friday night. Although it was signed by Bolland, which was a nice surprise.
