Radcloak would be cool if its a step up from Mezco's effort. If they do make variant 1/6th Dredd's it could well be an exclusive similar to the Stub Gun with 1/12th Apocalypse Dredd.

Just listened to the SDCC podcast with Molch-R and the 3A representative Gregory.

Great to hear that Judge Fire is still being worked on and Johnny Alpha, Rogue Trooper and Mean Machine are on their way too-excellent!

Nemesis too at some point, maybe?

And tell me that Halo Jones is really planned and not just a pipe dream!

Fantastic!  I'm very much looking forward to getting a toy Rogue (er, action figure).  I can't believe that apart from books Rogue merchandise includes stuff like cushions but not a figure.

Hopefully that low'ish (for 1/6th) price point means variants are factored in and will follow.

I've got my hands full trying to collect a couple of Dredd related toy lines, I dont know how you find the time never mind the money for all the other goodies you buy.

At least the PO's are already paid for, bar any nasty customs surprises. Silver lining and all that

I dont mind waiting if its going to give us a better end result. At least 3A communicate and you have a sense of whats going on. Waiting for a new and improved body is a good thing to wait for imho.

Pop Culture Shock showed 'almost finished' Dredd/Lawmasters 18th May. Announced it was 'almost ready' to ship 7th June. 7th August today and still no news. How many businesses would get away with that ?

Off topic.....Mentioned to JB last week that continued exposure to Thrill power again was wearing me down. I hadnt picked up a prog in well over 20 years. I've not been into WH Smiths in so long I cant even remember. Popped in to get a Harry Potter book for the nipper and saw 2000ad on the shelf. Flipped the cover and there was Carlos on Dredd. Huge grin !

I havent dared read anything yet, sacred memories. I hope I enjoy them when I pluck up the courage.

I ordered the PCS Dredd on bike and the wait and updates are pathetic really liked their new dredd but decided against ordering until I get the one I paid for nearly two bloody years ago

Sorry to flog this dead horse again, but this is simply not true. There has been zero direct communication from 3A nor Bambaland, and if we weren't getting kind-hearted second-hand updates on here, I'd be completely in the dark about where my money had gone.

As far as I understand it, and also discussed in the SDCC 2016 Podcast with Molch-R and 3A rep Gregory, with the more niche line like 2000AD the interest in the line is gauged by pre-orders, implication being that no pre-orders, no figures.

Of course, if one's really against pre-ordering from Bambaland direct you can always pre-order from a reputable traider like Forbidden Planet, who only charge on dispatch, and hope they can source the stock.

3A customer support have always replied to my emails within a day or two but there are no direct updates for folks who have pre-orders which is poor. Admin costs though, and toys are expensive enough as it is.

I should have said....at least 3A have got Gregory keeping us in the loop.

Lotsa goodies due soon provided there are no further delays. I think the intention is to ship these before offering up the next batch. 3A know folks are getting antsy and wont keep spending without something in hand.

I backed away from the Urban piece too moly. I'm told this is the norm for PCS but as a first time customer its too much to ask to put another wedge down until I see the first one. Go only knows what they are up to, if its improvements fair enough I just wish we knew. If anyone has a handle on a good place for PCS news please comment. They dont answer on their fb page other than to say thank you for your patience.

I'm off to find that podcast now, ta for the reminder dweezil.

That reminds me, I'm awaiting stuff* from 3a, and I'm moving in a month or so! Q3 is the period we're (just) in now (if I've worked it out right), so best not give them my new address just yet...but I've a feeling I will still move before the orders come out. Should probably set up mail forwarding to be sure.... 😄

To think I had no idea I'd be moving when I ordered these figures...
