The main villain will be The Projectionist.  His evil plan is to project whatever wonky, demonstrative ideology happens to be in fashion that week onto Captain Wantsnothingtodowithpolitics.

Adherents to said wonky, demonstrative ideology will, of course, blame Captain Wantsnothingtodowithpolitics for everything that is wrong with the world.
