Zacchary Z. Zzizz. He was slated for execution as part of mad Chief Judge Cal's plan to execute every last citizen in order to preserve Mega City One in a state of perfection. The plan was to start with Aaron A. Aaardvark, who unfortunately chose to change his name to be the first one in the phone book. The executions were to proceed in alphabetical order, concluding with Mr. Zzizz (but was that a list for the whole city, or just Sector 1? I dunno.)
