Brilliant. I love Chris' colours and scripts.

I remember thinking he was great all the way back in the beginning when he put orange in stuff instead of red.

Funny joke about the legnth of time he spent on Angel fire too.

"it's still about a body builder in a leotard, or someone who looks like a prostitute in a cape."

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the man's a genius!

Tharg should get him to do a bit more writing.

Interesting about the upcoming Cam Kennedy project too.

I liked the technical sounding stuff, even though I don't have a clue about colour...

Great interview. I love Chris Blythes coloring. Interesting to hear the techy stuff, having just started using 'painter' myself. It really does give more organic results than p.shop. Cant wait to see it used in more professional hands!

Well that's what I really like about Blythe's colouring is the fact that it has such a painterly, almost watercolour effect, which really marks him out against most computer colourists out there.

To be honest, I don't really want to see Cam Kennedy being coloured by anyone else, his colouring on Kennedy's contributions to 'Doomsday' and 'The Trial of Orlok' were outstanding (although I won't complain if Cam decides to break out the old watercolours himself!)

Darren Stephens

Yup. Remember the first computer colors on some strips a few years ago (Alan Craddok?)....so over saturated and fake looking. Yuk!

He should do more writing - I liked that Future Shock he did (about the ultimate weapon)
